We are strengthening our dedicated Customer Success team to look after existing clients. The Customer Success Manager’s mission is to maintain strong customer relationships so that we can ensure retention and ever-increasing service adoption.

About The Job

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the primary customer-facing role responsible for customer success by managing strategic deliveries and strong customer relationships. The candidate will focus on driving success, ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes by using our services. Your efforts will drive customer retention, satisfaction, and happiness. Some of the things you’ll be doing include:

  • Look after a portfolio of regional accounts
  • Become a trusted partner and advisor to our customer
  • Collaborate internally to identify, guide, and prioritize customer-specific projects
  • Ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Explore all up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and deliver according to team sales targets
  • Help internal coordination to ensure the resolution of complex issues promptly with high customer satisfaction

What we are looking for:

  • Social and outgoing! Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Excellent skills in planning for a portfolio of engagements, cross-group collaboration, resource orchestration, communications, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, think creatively and take on challenges, and proactively solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentations and written documents (English)
  • Passionate about IT and technology
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office products

  • Singapore
  • Norway and remote will also be considered

Travel required: 0-20%
