As a Customer Success Manager, you are the primary customer-facing role responsible for customer success by managing strategic deliveries and strong customer relationships. The candidate will focus on driving success, ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes by using our services. Your efforts will drive customer retention, satisfaction, and happiness.
